5 REASONS YOU ARE NOT SHARING YOUR KNOWLEDGE.

Do you have that passion to help people? Is something burning deep within you that you could really be of great deliverance to people’s problem? You know it and deep within, you know that you know it.

               But something in you says no- it has held you down saying “you do not know enough”

Do you continue to burn inside as a result of not giving out what you know?

You are confused, you do not know what to do and whenever you want to take a step, a voice keeps saying,

                              “Wait until you know enough before you share what you have to others”

There are problems that might have been limiting you from giving others what they do not have. And these problems need to be tackled once and for all.

Some of these problems have held many caged in silence, but as many that saw the light and were able to embrace it became strong to come out of the cage.

I have deeply have a strong conviction within me that once a problem is known to a person then solving would not be a difficult task.

So,

                Understanding a problem gives you a better chance to solving the problem.

Below are some of the reasons that have kept many away from sharing their knowledge to other people.

o   Self-Awareness

               This is a problem because, if you do not know who you are, you cannot know what you can                 do

               Most people fail to recognize their true value and worth.

               There came a time in my life when I sat down to examine myself-I tried discovering my                      talents and passion-helping anyone around me grows positively.

               For you to impact meaning to other people you must discover your true self

o   Inferiority Complex

Do you feel you do not know? Why having that thought of been inferior?

This is a problem and the reason holding many back from giving out their full potentials.

This must be conquered before it destroys you.

o   Am not an Expert

No man was born knowing all things and no man can definitely know everything.

I know very well that this thought rings bell in your head and that is why you have not picked the bull by the horn to share what you know.

You have the passion to teach others but here it comes again and say “wait till you know everything, wait till you become an expert”.

This is a wrong notion and if you have in one time cling unto it, and then this is the time to wake up and do what is right.

There is probably no way you can attain the position or level of been called an ‘expert’ if you do not teach.

                                                            The point is clear:

             

                 The more you share what you know the more you become an expert                     in it.

o   Doubt:

This kept me wandering for years not knowing my true self.

Doubt stops you from taking the next step.

Doubt discourages you from unleashing your true potentials.

Doubt as in the case of some stop you from taking actions.

Doubt happens to be the biggest cause of failure and can be overcome.

  o   Negative Anticipation:

Most people get the feeling that once they share what they have to others that later on they will be better than them. This is a negative thought that should not be put to heart.

Some are afraid of questions that would be raised in the cause of their teaching so as not expose their incompetency in a particular subject.

But I want you to know, the more you pass through the fire, the more you become tough. Go out there, share what you have, share what you love and the more you do it, the more flexible it becomes for you.
